Administration & Finance Services

Our Administration and Finance Services Department consists of a team of professionals dedicated to the smooth operation of Salem Home. Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Administration department is responsible for:

  • Setting operational policies to ensure we are compliant with applicable federal and provincial legislation, municipal ordinances, and regulations related to licensure, fire inspections, public health, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System, Workplace Safety & Health, and Human Resources
  • Coordination, management and fiscal accountability
  • Payroll and staff benefits
  • Implementation of the Board's Strategic Plan
  • Communication with board, staff, residents and their families, churches, and the community

If you have any questions about the Resident Trust Account, please talk to April, the Social Worker, or Lin, the Receptionist.  Both will work diligently to ensure your issues are resolved.

Our role is to provide support to all the other departments so they can focus on providing resident care.
