Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Current registration with CLPNM/CRNM/CRPNM (dependent on the role if it is specific) otherwise current registration with either CLPNM, CRNM or CRPNM
  • Demonstrated leadership skills or willingness to develop these skills related to elder care and long term care
  • Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and deliver relationship centred care
  • Effective clinical skills to ensure prompt identification of alteration in status and to delivery of quality nursing care
  • Required health and wellness to meet job requirements
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification
  • Subject to a Criminal Record Check and an Adult Abuse Registry Check
