As the Resource Development Coordinator at Salem Home, your ability to connect with individuals and identify the educational needs of the organization will be of great asset to you as you coordinate, plan, facilitate and prepared education for Salem Home staff. This education may be provided on site, virtually, or at an external location, all with an aim of striving for excellence in care.

Central to this role is building relationships and knowledge as you provide support and education to facilitate staff in a safe return to work following illness/injury through a developed plan specific to them. The relationships built with staff and residents allow you to facilitate the appropriate education to further enhance the resident-focused care environment within the Mission and Values of Salem Home.
